Digital Balance Expert
A UX designer turned digital balance expert. Founder of Simply Be. Someone who believes you can live with technology — not by it.
Where it all started
I started in UX — helping companies design products that people would use more. Too well, as it turned out.
At some point I realized that in my profession, I was helping build the very tools that made people dependent. The apps I designed — the hooks, the infinite scroll, the notification systems — were all engineered to keep people inside. Not necessarily for their benefit.
That didn't sit well with me. I started learning the mechanisms behind digital dependency and discovered that understanding them is the first step to freedom.
Since then, I've been on the other side — helping people understand the forces acting on them and choose how to respond. Not fighting technology, but learning to live with it intelligently.

→What I believe
Technology is a tool, not a goal
There's no inherent good or bad in it. Everything depends on how we choose to use it — and whether we're choosing at all.
Small consistent change beats one big reset
I've seen this again and again. Five minutes a day, every day, outperforms five hours once a month.
Community is power
Alone it's hard. Together — it's possible. I believe deeply in the power of a group that holds each other accountable.
Understanding before judgment
The reason your phone pulls you in isn't weakness. It's biology. The moment you understand that — change becomes possible.
